Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз становлення концепції глобального конституціоналізму у вимірі розвитку
наднаціональних регуляторів системи ООН стосовно захисту прав людини. Досліджено відповідні доктринальні позиції та розвиток відображень глобальних механізмів забезпечення захисту прав людини та верховенства права в документах ООН.
